Happy New Year and enhanced ME!

We're already four days into the new year and I'm nearing closer to my goal. Since my layoff I began to think inside the box (which, is quite odd for even me!) I decided to go back to school twice (I have no regrets about it) and seek "employment" while in school.

I guess while aging, we become more and more cautious and hesitant to go against the grain. Even, while I'm typing this I'm a bit outdone with myself, as I've always believed myself to be "different" and a forward thinker. Not, saying that I'm not a forward thinker--it's just that, I've recently noticed how cautious I've become and it frightens me. So, about a week ago, I was presented with an opportunity that sparked complete delight within. It reminded me, of my youthful, full of light and "I'm going to SAVE the world" attitude that I OWNED in my early 20's (somewhere along the way of me "saving" the world, I believe I became "consumed" by it).

I owned an extremely successful Virtual Office Assistance business in my early 20's and for one reason or another, I chose to walk away from it and try another business venture (which, was not near as successful). Well, going back to the proposition I was posed with last week, it took me back 10+ years of my life and reminded me, that I didn't wait for anything from anyone. Especially, for someone to "hire" me--I was the creator of my own "job".

I reveled at my own bravery, and realized I'd being going about my job search the wrong way! I was also reminded, because I was created imperfectly, in a perfect light, that I CAN create any opportunity that I choose (especially, if GOD is all over, throughout and within it!).

So, today I'd like to say a special thank you to Mr. Schudel for sparking a flame to light a wick, that had gone dim, many moons ago. Even, if nothing comes from our business negotiations, your "reason" for entering my life has definitely been duly noted and acted upon.

Stay posted as the doors of my Virtual Office Assistance business shall re-open (if it's God's will) by January 15, 2010.

Namaste, warmth and love....
